Certain items such as earrings, personalized products, and sale items are non-returnable due to hygiene and clearance reasons.
Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted for size, color, or product replacement (subject to stock availability).

If the item requested for exchange is not available, you may opt for store credit or a refund.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
