Returns

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Certain items such as earrings, personalized products, and sale items are non-returnable due to hygiene and clearance reasons.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted for size, color, or product replacement (subject to stock availability).

  • If the item requested for exchange is not available, you may opt for store credit or a refund.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at support@gliterandglam.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

  3. Ship it to the return address provided by our team.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

  • Please keep proof of postage until your return is processed.

  • Gliter & Glam reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy guidelines.
