Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been shipped.

Once an order is processed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only on eligible returns as per our [Return & Exchange Policy].

Products must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within the allowed time frame.

Non-returnable items (earrings, personalized pieces, clearance/sale items) are not eligible for refunds.
Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer / store credit (as chosen by you).
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds may be granted in part under the following conditions:
